Life-trail Schwanden
13 carved figures with stories and quotations dedicated to the theme «life» can be seen along this four kilometre long trail.
This cultural highpoint came about through a cooperation between the woodcarving school in Brienz and the Schwanden local council. The trail takes around 1 ½ hours to walk around and there are a number of benches along the way where one can enjoy the view.
There is also a bar-b-que area at «Schonegg» and a lovely area to relax in at «Schwanderbedli».
