Best Price Guarantee

Requirements:

• You have made a booking with Haslital Tourism
• The offer is directly comparable:

• The alternative offer is for the same period
• It can be booked online
• It concerns the same hotel
• It concerns the same category of room
• As well as the same day of arrival and departure
• The third-party supplier must be able to confirm the prices on request

• Proof of the cheaper offer must reach us within 24 hours of making the booking.
• For this means please send the following details by email to info@haslital.ch

• Enter the Haslital Tourism booking reference number in the subject line
• A screen shot of the website listing the cheaper offer. The offer must be clearly visible.
  • Place
  • Detailed price calculation
  • Type of room
  • Type of accommodation
  • Length of stay
  • Services included in the offer
  • Date and time of the comparison
  • The URL of the website (for example www.haslital.ch)

• PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT book the alternative offer!

We cannot consider:

• Bookings on websites that disclose which hotel is booked after the reservation has been made.
• Hotel bookings made as part of a package.
• Special rates for hotels such as offers, bonus or loyalty schemes, group rates, seminar rates, prices for members of associations or organisations, travel agent rates, press rates, employee offers or other similar specials.
• Inofficial prices for hotels.
• Proof that does not fulfil the above-mentioned criteria / is unsatisfactory.
• Fake proof of the cheaper offer.
• Proof that cannot be verified by Haslital Tourism staff.

Haslital Tourism reserves the right to change, amend, suspend or terminate the “Best Price Guarantee” conditions at any point without previously informing the guest. The lowest price guarantee is warranted for bookings already made.

Salvatorische Klausel 

Sollte(n) eine oder mehrere der Bestimmungen dieses Abkommens oder eines im Zusammenhang mit diesem Abkommen ausgefertigten Dokuments von einem zuständigen Gericht oder einer zuständigen Behörde nach einem anwendbaren Recht, einschliesslich des Wettbewerbsrechts, in irgendeiner Hinsicht für unwirksam, rechtswidrig oder nicht durchsetzbar befunden werden, so werden die Wirksamkeit, Rechtsmässigkeit und Durchsetzbarkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen dieses Abkommens oder Dokuments keinesfalls berührt oder beeinträchtigt; dies gilt jedoch nur, soweit sich die Parteien in diesem Fall verpflichten, alle wirtschaftlich vertretbaren Anstrengungen zu unternehmen, um die Zielsetzung der unwirksamen Bestimmung durch eine neue, rechtsgültige Bestimmung zu erfüllen, die den gleichen (oder einen im Wesentlichen ähnlichen) wirtschaftlichen Nutzen oder die gleiche (oder eine im Wesentlichen ähnliche) wirtschaftliche Belastung bewirkt.
