Events

There is alot going on in the Haslital. The calendar of events is packed with „must-do“ highlights in summer and winter. The biggest cultural events are the outdoor theatre at the Ballenberg Swiss Outdoor Museum and the Festival of Music in Meiringen. Summer sports events are topped by the three-pass bike race in summer and the Alpen tower Team Race and the World Cup Ski-Cross in winter. Cultural highlights are of course the traditional bell-ringing called „Übersitz“ over the last working week of the year and the alpine parades and „Chästeilet“ where the summer’s cheeses are divided out amongst the farmers. Families: don’t miss the exciting Rivella Family Contests in summer and winter.
